Overview
AT&T Voice DNA is a managed network-hosted, session initiation protocol (SIP)-based communications solution utilizing the AT&T Global MPLS Network to deliver enhanced communications and collaboration tools that can give your business the competitive edge.
Voice DNA utilizes a network Application Server platform that serves as a virtual hosted IP PBX, which communicates using session initiation protocol (SIP) signaling with the IP Border Element (IPBE) and the VoIP Call Control Element (CCE). Because the Voice DNA application server serves as a virtual hosted IP PBX, it eliminates the need for a PBX or IP PBX on your premises.
Flexible feature plans and calling plans that include Local, US Long Distance and International calling capabilities allow you to tailor your Voice DNA service to meet your enterprise's communications needs.
Convenient to use Web-based tools provides your Administrators with centralized management across your enterprise for the creation and management of employee profiles, plus e-servicing for maintenance, ordering, billing and reporting capabilities. The Personal Web Site gives your employees the ability to manage their call logs, check voice mail, set up call treatments with an easy to use interface that is accessible from their office computer or via the Internet.
Additionally, because Voice DNA is network-based, access for remote workers / remote sites is easily achieved, with support for a variety of access types, allowing virtually any location to be connected with the full range of feature functionality.
