Ever wish you could record a specific phone or conference call, for your records or for later review by others? Need to record an employee's calls for training, quality assurance or other purposes? With Smoothstone CallRecording, now you can.*

Specific Call Recording -- Users dial "*9" before the number being called to get a recording of that particular call e-mailed to them (as a .wav attachment). This is a pay per use service; no set up fee or monthly subscription charge is required. Any SmoothstoneCOMPLETE™ client can dial 5150 from their Smoothstone IP phone and request that this service be turned on for their phone. To manage the use of this service, you can request that this service only be available for certain phones within your organization.

All Calls Recording -- This separately priced option, within Smoothstone's Intelligent CallControl Center™ (ICC) Web portal, enables your organization's managers to record all of a particular employee's calls. Options include recording all inbound calls, recording all outbound calls, recording by user, recording by inbound number, or recording by queue. Simply mark or unmark the appropriate check boxes within a particular user's screen to enable or disable these options.

To retrieve and replay call recordings, you simply log onto the ICC Web portal, where you can then view, sort, and search all recorded calls by date or specific user. Recorded calls are available from your Smoothstone ICC Web portal for a set period of time or archived there indefinitely. You can store them permanently by downloading them to any storage media (server, CD, etc.).

Smoothstone's high quality recordings are preserved in an audio format that creates smaller file sizes while preserving voice quality, which enables e-mail delivery of even very long calls.
