AT&T ERS System Recovery solution is ideal for organizations that need to recover distributed systems, Intel-based platforms, and/or mainframe systems. AT&T's Systems Recovery solution supports over 30 current and legacy platforms, as well as sophisticated storage environments, and the network to keep it all connected, to reduce your revenue losses that may occur following a disaster.
AT&T's ERS End User Recovery service is ideal for organizations that need alternate workspace for their employees, telecommunications capabilities and IT resources to recover their business processes. End User Recovery resources includes space, equipment and voice and data communications lines. Recovery centers are equipped with the latest desktop and server hardware. Our facilities are located throughout North America and offer pre-staged configurations, the latest hardware and peripherals, pre-equipped workstations, telecommunications network and a knowledgeable staff of recovery experts to assist with recovery. Choose from simple work group space to accommodate your displaced people to a secure, available and redundant IT environment that has the in-place computer systems your company needs. Clients utilize our facilities for on-site disaster recovery, disaster simulation testing, and electronic data vaulting.
AT&T's ERS Mobile Recovery is the perfect solution when disaster strikes your systems or workplace, and it is not possible or practical to relocate to one of our local fixed facilities as an alternative working environment. Our fleets of Mobile Metro Center and Data Center Recovery facilities are strategically located throughout the continental United States. These mobile units can be deployed rapidly and can be operational within one hour of arrival at your specified location. Our units can support multiple platforms, as well as voice and data communications. Also available are terminals and printers for your use during the recovery, and technical support service from our recovery experts. The Mobile Recovery solution is a travel-free approach to recovery.
