Alliance Datacom L.P. is actively providing voice and data communications solutions to enterprise business accounts based in the Dallas Ft Worth metroplex.

Call Center Representative - Outbound (Sales) Part-Time

The ideal candidate will have interest in sales and in technology. This position will pay $9.00 per hour plus bonuses based on performance. In addition we have extensive computer based training for data/voice communications and popular software programs.

Responsibilities will include: initiating calls to potential clients using a prepared selling script, qualifying account opportunities and engaging appropriate sales representative to complete the sale. You must also maintain accurate records in a contact management database.

Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

Skills Required:

• Highly motivated
• Minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalent
• Preferred 2 years of related experience
• Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within data and voice communications field
• Excellent Communications Skills
• Good Telephone Presence
