    • Direct Registration Facility (DRF) - Putting the power into your hands, DRF is a self-service, Web based tool that allows you to manage your accounts quickly and easily from anywhere in the world. With this feature, you can add, delete or modify User IDs without having to contact AT&T. Single User IDs can be added with almost immediate response.
    • Billing (usage) Data on the Web - BDOW is a self-service, Web-based tool that helps you manage your accounts by providing up-to-date usage information on an overall account and individual User ID level. Note: The Canadian version of BDOW will not include rate or billing information at this time, only usage information.

    • Service Level Reporting - The Service Level Reporting feature provides you with a monthly report that details the remote access experience of your users. Reporting measurements are based on the network accessibility of the service. Network accessibility measures the entire service experience, from the launching of the AT&T Global Network Client to a successful connection to the network. Service Level Reporting is available at no extra charge to customers with 250 or more users across all AT&T Global Network dial services.
