AT&T Enterprise Messaging Service is offered in two configurations:
- Standard: a shared Microsoft? Exchange 2003 platform located within an AT&T Hosting Internet Data Center that provides access via the Internet and uses predefined user packages.
- Plus: a dedicated Microsoft? Exchange 2003 platform, built to meet specific customer requirements (either located within an AT&T Internet Data Center or on the customer premises).
Providing the customer designated administrator with control and convenience, AT&T's Enterprise Messaging Service offers a robust, web-based administration portal as well as remote access via multiple wireline and wireless technologies.
Both models are backed by commited service levels. Leveraging the high availability, reliability and security of AT&T's Internet Data Center infrastructure, the performance of AT&T's Enterprise Messaging Service is strengthed through failover firewalls, load balancing switches, redundant servers, active/passive Exchange servers, storage arrays and secure e-mail capabilities (anti-virus, anti-SPAM and content filtering services).
