OCU 45
ADTRAN has applied its industry-leading carrier class expertise to the OCU 45, creating a product that meets the most stringent carrier class requirements. The OCU 45 offers transparent transport of T3/E3/STS-1 services over point-to-point dark fiber, at distances up to 40km. The OCU 45 is available in single-mode and multi-mode versions. Measuring only one rack unit high, the OCU 45 can be used standalone, wall mounted or mounted in 19-inch or 23-inch racks using an optional mounting tray. This compact device gives network service providers a convenient way to extend T3/E3/STS-1 services from their point-of-presence to the customer. It provides the enterprise user with a powerful tool for extending services in campus applications or in inter-building risers.

OPTI-3
This ADTRAN fiber MUX delivers from one to three DS3 circuits from a single OC-3 feed. Designed to meet the growing demand for DS3 deployment in today's economy, the OPTI-3 eliminates the need for expensive SONET multiplexer equipment in terminal mode applications and provides the fullest use of the OC-3 capacity. Additionally, it can be used for DS3 range extension applications that deploy DS3 in the network backbone or directly to end-user customer premises.

The OPTI-3 is interoperable with other SONET devices complying with GR-253 for easy deployment in new and existing SONET networks. It comes in two configurations: wallmount and rackmount.

OSU 300
This series of products allows for the simultaneous transfer of data, video, and voice over Fiber. The OSU 300 is a multiport service unit offering single-mode optics for distances up to 40 km or multi-mode for distances up to 2km. It features a built-in HSSI interface and three option slots that support V.35, DSX-1, or additional HSSI interfaces.
