- Total Access 1000
Total Access 1000 is a high-performance pair gain system for efficient deployment of voice and data services utilizing either TDM or ATM protocols. This compact, versatile platform uses span or local-powering to deliver services to customers in medium and low-density locations. It is a self-contained, hardened enclosure measuring only: 14.7 in. H x 12.7 in. W x 5.5 in. D that can be pole, pedestal, or wall-mounted. Additionally, it eases some co-location concerns for both ILECs and CLECs by offering a self-enclosed OSP option. It enables carriers to deploy their services in a self-enclosed, hardened, and exclusively-owned unit on the side of an incumbent's cabinet.
The Total Access 1000 is an answer to the needs of carriers combating copper exhaustion, pair-constrained facilities, and outside plant deployment problems while delivering in-demand ADSL and POTS services.
- Total Access 3000/3010
Total Access 3000/3010 is an intelligent, open-architecture, Carrier Class multiservice access platform for deploying Hi Cap and DSL services. Total Access 3000/3010 offers unprecedented flexibility, along with multiple service options and management capabilities. Its real value in a TDM configuration is its ability to deliver T1 lines out to various applications. This compact, modular device is a single platform for delivering manageable, profitable services now and into the future. It supports HDSL, HDSL2, HDSL4, DSX-1, and POTS applications in conjunction with IADs and other network components.
The Total Access 3000/3010 is a compact, cost-efficient, and scalable platform that may be configured as a DSLAM or ATM Switch. The Total Access DSLAM is designed for market-ready deployment in the Central Office (CO), Remote Terminal (RT), or Multi-Tenant Unit environment. It provides full DSLAM functionality serving up to 224 ports in only ten (10) inches of rack space. The Total Access 3000/3010 DSLAM also provides tier-two and edge switch capability, offering T1 IMA and DS3 aggregation. The Total Access 3000/3010 DSLAM has been developed as an alternative to existing DSLAM solutions. The compact size and target range of 4 ? 224 ports offers carriers an ideal alternative to existing solutions. Older DSLAMs are not well suited for today?s DSL opportunities in secondary COs, RTs and MTUs due to their oversized footprint and their high cost.
