Network Administrator combines the best features of 3Com Network Supervisor
Advanced Package and the 3Com Integration Kit for HP OpenView to give network
managers a powerful tool for managing 3Com devices in an HP OpenView
network.
3Com Network Administrator integrates fully with HP OpenView,
automatically sending SNMP traps and descriptions to the OpenView Alarm Log, and
importing device and subnet lists directly from OpenView.
Accessible from
the top-level HP OpenView menu, 3Com Network Administrator graphically
discovers, maps, and displays network links and 3Com IP devices. It then gives
you full control over even the largest, most complicated networks of 3Com
devices, displaying 3Com device icons, MIB information, application alarms, and
other data.
