Flexibility in Gigabit Ethernet Connections
Enhance the flexibility and performance of the 3Com® Switch 4005 with
Gigabit Ethernet GBICs using this dual-port GBIC module. The GBIC module
provides two switched ports using the standard GBIC interface connectors. It can
be fitted with any two of a variety of 3Com GBICs, enabling your Switch 4005 to
support multiple gigabit media in the same platform.

Multimedia support for Layer 2, Layer 3, and Layer 4 switching
Supports IP routing (RIP v1, RIP v2, OSPF), and DVMRP
